Workshop: Introduction to Focused Music Imagery

On May 18, I will offer an introductory workshop to Focused Music Imagery at Ruscombe Community Health Center in Baltimore. Participants will learn about the benefits of music imagery while connecting with others in a creative way. Registration is available on EventBrite.

Focused Music Imagery uses music and visual arts to connect with your imagination and inner wisdom, tapping into resources for personal growth. Participants will be guided through a music imagery experiential, with time to draw, write, and reflect on their experience.
